The .seo TLD is owned by Kooky, founder of the namespace. dotseo.domains is operated by Kooky LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us", "Operator"). For the purposes of data protection laws (including the EU GDPR and the California CCPA), Kooky LLC acts as the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
dotseo.domains collects only data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry, and the content of your message. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising, behavioural profiling, or sell any data.
We do not collect financial information, wallet addresses, or domain registration data. Domain registrations are processed entirely by Freename — see Section 5.
Your contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (when submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating the site and replying to incoming requests.
We retain submissions only as long as necessary to handle the conversation, typically less than 12 months, after which they are deleted.
dotseo.domains does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or behavioural profiling. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect basic, anonymised network-level analytics (IP address, request timing, country) for security and performance purposes. This data is not used by us to identify or target individual visitors.
When you click "Get your .SEO", you are redirected to Freename, an independent registrar. Any data you provide on Freename (including payment information and wallet details) is governed by Freename's own privacy policy. Kooky LLC has no access to that data.
Contact form submissions are processed through a Cloudflare Worker we operate. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw your consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

dotseo.domains is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please reach out via the contact page and we will delete it.
